My husband and I couldn’t believe how good the food was. The Mahi Mahi tacos were amazing, perfectly charred and so well complemented by the toppings. We also had the Wagyu hamburger and it was incredible. We’re from Los Angeles and found the pricing incredibly fair for the high quality of food that was delivered.

Sebastian’s has one of the best burgers I’ve had in Bend. The brioche bun is almost like a crescent—soft, buttery, and just the right amount of flaky. The fries are perfectly crispy and seasoned just right. The staff is always friendly, which adds to the great vibe. I also really appreciate that they have Cholula hot sauce packets available. The prices aren’t bad either. I highly recommend!

Got some really good scallops and shrimp here, their seafood looks really fresh and I can't wait to try more. They also carry a lot of unique spices, herbs, sauces as well as oils, wines, and desserts. Definitely a good spot to check out.

Best poke in town (salmon and ahi and a couple different flavors) and a generous portion, worth the $15! The market also has a great selection of goodies — all the sushi essentials, a bunch of flavored panko mixes (haven’t tried any yet, but plan to!), and so many sauces and other toppings, not to mention all the seafood. Also a great selection of Asian cooking pantry staples.
